" President Liddle announced this as being the time and place fixed for hearing on the sprinkling of streets and avenues during the season of the year, 1935a Paul Rommel .was before the Common Counal with the request that something be done with Sixth Street Southwest, as the sprinkling, in the past seasons,since the construction of Soldier Field, has not been sufficient to keep down the dust from this much travelled portion of Sixth Street Southwest Except for Paul Rommel there was no person present who wished to be heard concerning the sprinkling of streets during the.1936 se.asona Alderman Richman introduced a resolution designating the, streets and avenues to be sprinkled or treated during the season of the year 1936; determining the mode of assessment for, the costs, and ordering hearing on the same for 7: 30 o'clock P.
