J. Krtkse asked that the proposed ordinance be. amended to include Northern Addition the nort# one-half of block 38/,in the commercial district instead of the residential district Mr. C W. Beck, Agent for the Chicago Northwestern Railroad Company; b-onted a plat showing locations of properties belonging to the said Railroad Company, and asked that the proposed ordinance be amended to include such lands in the com- mercial district instead of the residential district: President Liddle announced this as being the time and place fixed for hearing on the .construction of curb and gutter in Sixth Avenue Southwest from Ninth Street Southwest to Tenth Street Southwest; and asked if anyone present vJdshed to be heard concerning the said improvement, There was no person present who wished to be heard concerning the im- provement as above describedQ President Liddle announced this as being the time and place fixed for hearing on the construction of curb .and gutter in NiAtth Avenue Southwest from Ninth Street Southwest to Tenth Street Southwest and in Ninth Street Southwest from Eighth Avenue Southwest to Ninth Avenue Southwest- and asked if anyone present wished to be heard .concerning this improvement: Mrs. H W _Woltman was before the Common Council and objected to curb
