"WHEREAS; the Common .Council of thw City of Rochester, Minnesota, deem it
expedient and necessary that a. local public improvement; the cost and expense of whi
shall be paid by special assessments levied as provided by law; be made in said City
of Rochester; Minnesota; the said improvement being described as follows:
The construction of a sanitary sewer in First Avenue Southeast commencing
0 feet south of the south line of Tenth Place Southeast to Eleventh Place Southeast;
SO THERE'ORE, Be it resolved by the Common Council of the City of Rochester
innesota:
I� That a public Cheating of all persons and parties interested in said improve
ent will be held at 7:30 o'clock Pa M.; on August 17th; 1936; in the Council Chambers
n'the City Hall, in said City; at which time and place the persons and parties in-
erest ed in the. said improvements may appear and be heard by said Common Council in

The matter of the continuing of the services of the Weed Inspector was
brought up, and on motion .by Lemmon second by Richman; the Public Grounds Committee;
the Fire Chief, and the Mayor were appointed a Committee and given authority to act
in the matter:
