Minutes of an adjourned regular meeting of the Common Council of the City r p of Rochester; Minnesota, held in the Coneil Chambers in the City Hall in said City 'I on August 17 - 19 36 2 The meeting was called to order . at seven thirty o'clock P: M by President :'Liddle and on roll call; the following members were present: Liddle, Amundsen- Fryer; h Greens Lemmon Mood y,, and Richman: Absent: None !i I On motion. by Richman second by Greens the minutes of the meeting of August 3, were approveds President Liddle announced this as being the time and place fixed for hear- ing on the construction of a sanitary sewer in First Avenue Southeast, commencing fifty feet south of the south line of Tenth Place Southeast. to Eleventh Place South- east, and asked if anyone present wished to be heard concerning this improvement: There was no one present who wished to be heard concerning the improvement as above described, President Liddle announced this as being the time and place fixed for hear- ing on the construction of curb and gutter in Fourth Avenue Southwest from Second Street Southwest to ThDid Street Southwest, and asked if anyone present wished to be ;;heard concerning this improvements There was no one present who wished to be heard concerning the above des - I i,cribed improvements i Presidert Liddle announced this as being the time and place fixed for hear- ing on the levying of special assessments for sanitary sewer in Fourth Avenue South- i wast from Eleventh Street Southeast to Thirteenth Street Southeast, and asked if there ;were anyone present who wished to be heard.
