C. Pagenhart for a Douse Mover' s License for a period of one year was read, and on motion by Cseen second by Fryer, license was nrantede An application signed by C. Co Pagenhart for permit to move a house from Lot 79 Block 79 Original Plat ,to Lot 49 Block BF39 Original Plat, of the City of Rochester was read A communication .from the Park Board recommending that a Moving Permit be granted to C. C Pagenhart to move a house on Lot 4, Block 88, was Io read, and on motion by Amundsen second by Fryer permit was granted. II The Street and Alley Committee made oral report on the construction of curb 4 and gutter on Fourth Avenue Southwest from Second Street Southwest to Thi_t.d Street Southwest and from Sixth Street Southwest to Seventh Street Southwest and recommended i ''that improvement be made: i' The bids for the construction of curb and gutter on Fourth Avenue Southwest from Second Street Southwest to Third Street Southwest and from Sixth Street Southwest I to Seventh Street Southwest were taken up and opened at this time Langton and McDonald - .. $19586414 H. Earle - - 1,444.00 President Liddle referred the above bids to the City Engineer for tabulation! i ' I 1' and recommendation: The bids for the construction of curb and gutter were returned by the City Engineer with recommendation that the bid and proposal of H. T� Earle be accepted Alderman Green introduced the following resolution which was read: i "Be it resolved by the Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota: ! That the bid and proposal of H T.
