M. by President Liddle and on roll call the following members were present: Liddle; Amundsen; Fryer$ Green, Lemmon; Moody; and Richman: Absent: Nones On motion by Moody second by Amundsen; the minutes of the meeting of October 12, 1936 were approved+ President Liddle announced this as being the time and place fixed for h ing on the levying of special assessment fnr the construction of curb and gutter in Seventh Street Southwest from Seventh Avenue Southwest to Eighth Avenue.
