I President Liddle called the meeting to order at 2:00 o'clock P.�:R., j the following members being present: Liddle, Amundsen, Fryer, Green, Lemon, 11oody, Richman. Absent: None. Upon motion by Green second by Fryer the minutes of the meetings of April 5th, 12th, and 21st, were approved. Mr. Joe Strief was before the Council and presented an application signed by Stanley Hall for a Junk Dealers license. Mrs. O.W.Schroeder was before the Council regarding the condition of i the storm sewer on Sixth Street Northwest, and on motion by 11foody second by Amundsen the matter was referred to the Sewer Committee and the City Engineer. I Mrs. Herman Nelson was before the C;�uncil regarding the ;sanitary sewer , in Third Avenue Southeast, and President Liddle referred the matter to the Sewer Committee, and the City Engineer. The following committee report was read, and President Liddle ordered that the same be placed on file: May 3,1937. Fon. Mayor & Common Council Gentlemen: The Street and Alley Committee, City Attorney and City 1�ngineer recommend that the buildings of the Kruse Lumber Company be removed immediately. i Respectfully, Benj. S. Green, Chairman of Street & Alley Committee � Tom Moody B. Amundsen, Irving L.Eckholdt, City Attorney Arleigh C. Smith, City Engineer. " 1 Upon motion by Lemmon second by Amundsen the foregoing Committee report was approved and the City Attorney was instructed to proceed with legal proceedings in order that said buildings maq be removed as early as possible. j The following Committee report was read, and President Liddle ordered that the same be placed on file:
