in said City, on June 10th91937.
President Liddle called the meeting to order at 7:30 o'clock

') P.M. , the following members being present: Liddle, Amundsen, Pryer, Green,
I;
Lemmon, Moody, Richman. Absent: None:
The call for the specisel meeting was read; said meeting having
been called for the purpose of discussing and taking action on the
labor situation.
The Mayor requested the support of the Council in his attempts
to appoint ihd organize a Citizen's Arbitration Committee to represent the
community of Rochester in the mediation and arbitration of all industrial
ii disputes within the City of Rochester.
Alderman Lemmon moved that the Common Council go
on record as favoring the Mayor's request to form an Arbitration Committee
which motion was seconded by Alderman Amundsen and carried by all voting
in favor thereof.
Upon motion by Lemmon second by Moody, the Common Council
adjourned.
