I -' t4�7�E+r: Upon motion by Moody second by Amundsen, the minutes of the meeting of E^_ II jl I �I June 21 st , were approved: i i The report of the Clerk of the Municipal Court, for the week ending S�,aX 0'' !•June 28th, showing criminal fines and costs collected $244.60, civil fees received it 18:80, conciliation court fees received $3.00, and check from Olmsted County $82.90, !,was read and having been previously approved by the City Attorney, was ordered placed; f=" :ion file., a : , Appointments made by W.A4Moore Mayor, of E.II,jMcDonald, and James Cochran as Special Policemen for duty in all parks and of Conrad Maass as Special Policeman for duty at the Trinity Lutheran Schools each to serve without pay and to hold office ;until the second Monday in April,19389 was read, and ordered placed on file. Y Applications signed by Lloyd Bennet, for a plumbers license, together i; ;with a surety bond in the sum of 01,000 00, with the New Amsterdam Casualty Company of: ;'New York as surety thereon, were each separately read, and upon motion by Moody second =;? by Green, the license was granted, the bond was approved, the surety thereon accepted,' and it was ordered that the bond be placed on file. An application signed by Herman A. Siblerud,. Manager of the Gamble Robinson ,Company, for an off sale non -intoxicating malt liquor license at 218 First Avenue 'Northwest, was read, and on motion by Lemmon second by Amundsen, the license was granted. i An application signed by W.L.Brinson for ar_license to operate an additional barber shop chair at 107 First Street Southeast, was read, and on motion by Amundsen, second by Fryer, license was granted. The surety bond of Jose Bosley as Visiting Nurses with the Fidelity & Casualty Company of New York as surety thereon was read, and on motion by Lemmon 4,,'_ second by Moody, the bond was approved, the surety thereon accepted, and it was I ordered that the saTne be placed on file. ;` I ' VI-WAL LUVU On by "emmon second by Amundsen, the Common Council adjourned until 2:00 O'clock P.M., on July 6th.1937.
