The surety bond of C:F. Walde in the sum of $1440.00 covering the
construction of a garage building at the sewage disposal plant, with the United
States Fidelity and Guaranty Company as surety was read, and on motion by Lemmon
second by Moody the bond was approved the surety thereon accepted, and it was
ordered that the same be placed on file.
The surety bond of the McCallum Land ComparW in the sum of $640.00
covering the construction of curb and gutter. on Third Avenue Southwest, with the
Seaboard Sur et y Company as .surety was read, and on motion by Richman second by
Amundsen the bond was approved, the surety thereon accepted, and it was ordered
that the same be placed on file.

Alderman Amundsen introduced a resolution appropriating $394:70
