99 Minutes of a regular meeting of the Common Council of the City of Pochester, Minnesota, held in the Council Chambers, in the City Pall, in said City .I on November 29 1936. The meeting was called to order at 2:00 O'clock P. M. by President Liddle! and on roll call, the following members were present: L emmon, Moody, and Richman. Ab sent : None: Liddlc, Amundsen, Fryer, Green; On motion by Moody second by Richman$ the minutes of the meeting of October 19, 1936 were approved: President Liddle announced this as being the time and place fixed for hearing on the levying of special assessments for the construction of curb and gutter in Fourth Avenue Southwest from Second Street Southwest to "third Street Southwest and from Sixth Street Southwest to Seventh Street Southwest; and asked if anyone present wished to be heard. There was no one present to be heard regarding the levying of these assessment so President Liddle announced this as being the time and place fixed for hearing on the levying of special assessments for the construction of sanitary sewer in First Avenue Southeast, from Tenth Place Southeast to Eleventh Place Southeast, and asked if anyone present wished to be heard. There was no one present to be heard regarding the levying of the above ' described assessment. i The City Engineer's report for the month of October 1936, showing disburse- ments for labor from the General Fund 0538.049 Street and Alley Fund ?1,93110'859 and from the Sewer Fund T493040, was read, and President Liddle ordered that- the same be it placed on file.
