BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City enter into
a professional services agreement with SRF Consulting Group, Inc., in an amount of $695,855 to
provide DMC Transportation and Infrastructure Program Management Services.
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this agreement on behalf
of the City.
