BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the
Comprehensive Traffic & Parking Resolution, previously adopted and amended by the Common
Council, be amended in the following respects:
Add paragraphs (350), (351), (352), (353), (354), (355), (356), (357),
(358) and (359) to Section B, "No Parking Zones" so as to read:
(350) Seventh Avenue S.E., on the west side, from Third
Street S.E., to Center Street E., even number days, from
8.00 a.m., to 5.00 p.m., from November 1 until May 1.
(351) Seventh Avenue S.E., on the east side, from Third
Street S.E., to Center Street E., odd number days, from
8.00 a.m., to 5.00 p.m., from November 1 until May 1.
(352) Eighth and Ninth Avenue S.E., on the west side, from
Fourth Street S.E., to Center Street E., even number
days, from 8.00 a.m., to 5.00 p.m., from November 1
until May 1.
(353) Eighth and Ninth Avenue S.E., on the east side, from
Fourth Street S.E., to Center Street E., odd number
days, from 8.00 a.m., to 5.00 p.m., from November 1
until May 1.
(354) Tenth Avenue S.E., on the west side, from Fourth Street
S.E., to First Street S.E, even number days, from 8.00
a.m., to 5.00 p.m., from November 1 until May 1.
(355) Tenth Avenue S.E., on the east side, from Fourth Street
S.E., to First Street S.E, odd number days, from 8.00
a.m., to 5.00 p.m., from November 1 until May 1.
