HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 546-15RESOLUTION WHEREAS, Mayo Clinic; a Minnesota Non -Profit has shown to the satisfaction of the City of Rochester Common Council that it has complied with all conditions of approval imposed upon its Land Subdivision Permit (Final Plat) and all applicable laws and ordinances; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota, that after a hearing duly noticed and held on November 2, 2015, the following plat of lands in Olmsted County, Minnesota are to be known and designated as follows: Lot 3, Block 1, WESTERN DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY PARK, Olmsted County, Minnesota. Containing 22.51 acres, more or less. TO BE KNOWN AS 4710 Technology Park, submitted by Mayo Clinic, a Minnesota Non -Profit, owner and mortgagor, and is hereby approved and all dedications of land or interests in land for public purposes as shown on said plat are hereby accepted. PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROCHESTER, MINNESOTA, THIS DAY OF , 20 ATTEST: PRESIDENT OF SAID COMMON COUNCIL CITY CLERK APPROVED THIS DAY OF 120.
