BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City enter into
a professional services agreement with WHKS & Company in an amount not to exceed $23,434
for a preliminary bridge analysis (Civic Center Drive over Cascade Creek).
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this agreement on behalf
of the City.
