RIGHTS OF WAY FOR THE WIDENING OF SECOND
STREET S.W., WEST OF 14TH AVENUE S.W., TO
TRUNK HIGHWAY 52; A PLANNED 16TH AVENUE
S.W., SOUTH OF SECOND STREET S.W., BETWEEN
THE HOLIDAY STATION AND KENTUCKY FRIED
CHICKEN RESTAURANT; A PLANNED THIRD
STREET S.W., CONNECTING 15TH AND 16TH
AVENUES S.W., APPROXIMATELY 210 FEET SOUTH
AND PARALLEL TO SECOND S.W., AND A PLANNED
ALLEY BETWEEN THE EXISTING ALLEY IN THE
BLOCK BETWEEN 14TH AND 15TH AVENUES S.W.,
AND 15TH AVENUE S.W., IN THE CITY OF
ROCHESTER, MINNESOTA.
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROCHESTER DO ORDAIN:
Section 1. Upon public hearing duly noticed and held, Official Street Map No. 19 is
hereby adopted by incorporating Attachment “A”, which is attached hereto.
Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective following its publication.
