BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City approve of
and execute a service agreement with Express Employment Professionals for a three year
term for temporary worker cleaning services at the Mayo Civic Center at a cost of temporary
worker hourly pay plus Express's billable rate of an additional 48%.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this agreement on
behalf of the City.
