BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City execute a
City -Owner Contract with Eastbank Lofts, LLC, (Owner), Welsh Construction, LLC, (Contractor),
Pierce Pini & Associates, Inc., (Project Engineer), and Stantec Consulting Services, Inc.,
(Inspecting Engineer) for Project J5416, "Public Improvements to Serve Lots at Mayo Park."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the condition of full execution
of the contracts by the Owner, Contractor and Engineer, as well as, Contractor supplying
approved Bond and Insurance Documentation and Construction and Grading Plans being
approved prior to commencement of public improvements work included in the Contract.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this agreement on
behalf of the City.
