BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City approve of
and execute an American Institute of Architects agreement with Key Builders, Inc., 7840 Leqve Dr.,
S.W., Rochester, MN, 55902, for $55,569 to complete the remodel of the Traffic Operations
Building.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this agreement on
behalf of the City.
