BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the
Comprehensive Traffic & Parking Resolution, previously adopted and amended by the Common
Council, be amended in the following respects:
I. Add paragraph (40) to Section L, "Residential Permit Parking," Zone 6,
(Edison School Area) so as to read:
(40) Sixth Avenue S.W., from Seventh Avenue S.W., to Eighth
Avenue S.W., on the north side, residents may purchase
permits.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROCHESTER, MINNESOTA, THIS DAY OF , 2016.
