BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City approve of
and execute an agreement with Think Mutual Bank for exclusive sponsorship of the Down By the
Riverside concert series for 2017-2019.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this agreement on
behalf of the City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROCHESTER, MINNESOTA, THIS DAY OF , 2016.
