BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City adopt the
2016 and 2017 Land Development Fees for Document Preparation and Recorded, and Permits
and inspections to fund the new Public Works position of administrative assistant II. The fees are
depicted on the attached exhibit.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that these fees shall become effective on May 1, 2016.

The document preparation and recording fee (currently $146.13) in the current year Public Works fee
schedule will be replaced with the following separate Document Preparation, Permit and Inspection
Fee Schedule for Public Works and will be effective starting May 1, 2016 for the 2016 & 2017 Calendar.
"The current fee from Olmsted County for recording a standard document is $46 and subject to change. In
the event recording a document is greater or less than $46, the City fee will equal the actual cost incurred by the
City for recording.
