The fees are depicted on the attached exhibit. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that these fees shall become effective on May 1, 2016. "The current fee from Olmsted County for recording a standard document is $46 and subject to change. In the event recording a document is greater or less than $46, the City fee will equal the actual cost incurred by the City for recording.
