HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 164-16 - LandDevelopFees.2016-2017RESOLUTION BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City adopt the 2016 and 2017 Land Development Fees for Document Preparation and Recorded, and Permits and inspections to fund the new Public Works position of administrative assistant II. The fees are depicted on the attached exhibit. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that these fees shall become effective on May 1, 2016. "The current fee from Olmsted County for recording a standard document is $46 and subject to change. In the event recording a document is greater or less than $46, the City fee will equal the actual cost incurred by the City for recording.
