BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City execute
Change Order No. 1 with Pioneer Power Inc., of Woodbury, MN, in the amount of $5,721.00 for
City Project J4327, Facility 32 Equalization MCC Replacement.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this change order on
behalf of the City.
