BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City enter into
a Septic System Replacement/Sanitary Sewer Utility Connection Agreement with Kenneth C. &
Linda K. Wadum for property described as part of Section 15, Township 106 North, Range 14
West, Olmsted County, Minnesota (PIN 64.15.13.062644).
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this agreement on
behalf of the City.
