BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City enter into
an engineering services agreement with SEH, Inc., for the Bel Air Drainageway Assessment and
Design, City Project J6668, on an hourly basis not to exceed $31,000.
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this agreement on behalf
of the City.
