BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City approve of
the Rochester Area Economic Development, Inc.'s recommendation to provide a $100,000 loan to
LAgen Laboratories.
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute any documents needed to implement
this resolution.
