WHEREAS, Oak Ventures of Rochester LLC, has shown to the satisfaction of the City of
Rochester Common Council that it has complied with all conditions of approval imposed upon
its Land Subdivision Permit (Final Plat) and all applicable laws and ordinances;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester,
Minnesota, that after a hearing duly noticed and held on August 1, 2016, the following plat of
lands in Olmsted County, Minnesota are to be known and designated as follows:
That part of the South Half of the Northwest Quarter and part of the North Half of the
Southwest Quarter, all in Section 29, Township 107 North, Range 13 West, Olmsted County,
Minnesota, described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of SHANNON OAKS SECOND SUBDIVISION, according to
the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder, Olmsted County,
Minnesota; thence southeasterly on an azimuth based on the Olmsted County Coordinate
System, NAD 83, 1996 adjustment, 134 degrees 49 minutes 02 seconds along the southerly
line of said SHANNON OAKS SECOND SUBDIVISION 299.40 feet; thence southeasterly 115
degrees 13 minutes 21 seconds azimuth along said southerly line 155.36 feet; thence easterly
104 degrees 03 minutes 30 seconds azimuth along said southerly line 224.47 feet to the
westerly line of Outlot A, SHANNON OAKS THIRD SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof
on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder, Olmsted County, Minnesota; thence
southerly 164 degrees 20 minutes 20 seconds azimuth along said line 412.23 feet to an angle
point in said line; thence southerly 181 degrees 41 minutes 51 seconds azimuth along said line
244.80 feet to an angle point in said line; thence westerly 283 degrees 44 minutes 32 seconds
azimuth 368.21 feet; thence northwesterly 311 degrees 48 minutes 04 seconds azimuth
413.97 feet; thence northeasterly 32 degrees 12 minutes 13 seconds azimuth 91.28 feet;
thence northwesterly 311 degrees 48 minutes 04 seconds azimuth 153.96 feet; thence
southwesterly 221 degrees 48 minutes 04 seconds azimuth 7.51 feet; thence northwesterly
311 degrees 48 minutes 04 seconds azimuth 263.01 feet to the southeasterly line of
CENTURY HILLS SIXTH SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof, on file and of record in
the office of the County Recorder, Olmsted County, Minnesota; thence northeasterly 44
degrees 49 minutes 02 seconds azimuth along said southeasterly line 367.11 feet to the point
of beginning.
Said tract contains 10.37 acres, more or less.
TO BE KNOWN AS Shannon Oaks 6th, submitted by Oak Ventures of Rochester LLC, a LLC,
owner and mortgagor, and is hereby approved and all dedications of land or interests in land
for public purposes as shown on said plat are hereby accepted.
