BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City enter into
a professional services agreement with Barr Engineering Company for services related to
floodplain management on an hourly basis with a total cost not to exceed $200,000.
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this agreement on behalf
of the City.
