BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City execute
change orders with Gillig Corporation concerning the 2015 Gillig bus order as described in the
attachment for a unit cost of $446,315.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute these change orders
on behalf of the City.
