BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City enter into
a professional services agreement with Miller Dunwiddie Architecture in the amount of $18,000 to
prepare a preliminary business plan for the renovated Chateau Theatre.
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this agreement on behalf
of the City.
