BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City approve of
and execute Amendment No. 1 to the Agency Agreement with Southern Minnesota Municipal
Power Agency.
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute this amendment on behalf of the City.
