BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City of
Rochester enter into an agreement with the State of Minnesota to provide ZIPS DIAL -A -RIDE
public transportation service in Rochester, Minnesota for CY2017 Dial -A -Ride transit.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City agree to provide a local share of 15% of the
total operating cost and 20% of the total capital costs for the CY2017 Dial -A -Ride transit.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to
execute these agreements and all other documents, certifications, amendments and contracts in
order to obtain the grant assistance requested.
