HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance No. 4262 (a) Second Reading: AmendRCO85A.19.CurfewOrd ORDINANCE NO. _____ AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND REENACTING SECTION 85A.19 OF THE ROCHESTER CODE OF ORDINANCES, RELATING TO THE RE- ADOPTION OF THE CITY’S CURFEW ORDINANCE. THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROCHESTER DO ORDAIN: Section 1. Section 85A.19 of the Rochester Code of Ordinances is hereby amended and reenacted to read as follows: 85A.19. Effective Date. This ordinance shall be effective from and after the date of its publication. This ordinance shall expire and become null and void after September 30, 2018. This provision is included in this ordinance to insure that the Common Council will periodically review the ordinance, its effectiveness, and its need. Section 2. This ordinance shall be effective as of September 30, 2016.
