BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City execute a
City -Owner Contract with Minnesota Teen Challenge, Inc., (Owner), Elcor Construction, Inc.,
(Contractor), and WHKS & Co., Inc., (Design Engineer) for Project J5450, "Public Improvements to
Serve Minnesota Teen Challenge."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the condition of full execution
of the contracts by the Owner, Contractor and Engineer, as well as, Contractor supplying
approved Bond and Insurance Documentation and Construction and Grading Plans being
approved prior to commencement of public improvements work included in the Contract.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City execute a Contract for Professional Technical
Services with WHKS & Co., for the amount of $6,000.00 for work related to J5450, "Public
Improvements to Serve Minnesota Teen Challenge."
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute these agreements on
behalf of the City.
