BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City approve of
and execute a maintenance agreement with Duncan Autocite for parking meter programming,
maintenance, and enforcement activities in 2015 and 2016.
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute this agreement on behalf of the City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROCHESTER, MINNESOTA, THIS DAY OF , 2015.
