WHEREAS, Fox Hill Builders, LLC, has shown to the satisfaction of the City of Rochester
Common Council that it has complied with all conditions of approval imposed upon its Land
Subdivision Permit (Final Plat) and all applicable laws and ordinances;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester,
Minnesota, that after a hearing duly noticed and held on October 17, 2016, the following plat of
lands in Olmsted County, Minnesota are to be known and designated as follows:
All of Outlot B, FOX HILL VILLAS FIRST ADDITION COMMON INTEREST COMMUNITY
NUMBER 362, according to the recorded plat thereof on file at the office of the County
Recorder, Olmsted County, Minnesota, containing 3.77 acres.
TO BE KNOWN AS Fox Hill Villas Second Addition CIC #362, submitted by Fox Hill Builders,
LLC, owner and mortgagor, and is hereby approved and all dedications of land or interests in
land for public purposes as shown on said plat are hereby accepted.
