BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City approve of
and execute a lease agreement with Delta Air Lines for space and landing fees at the Rochester
International Airport.
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the lease agreement on
behalf of the City.
