BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City execute a
Pedestrian Facilities and Driveway Approach Access Agreement with Thomas W. Rooke and
Julianne Osborn Rooke for Lot 1, Block 1, Rooke Subdivision, Olmsted County, Minnesota.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this agreement on
behalf of the City.
