BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City execute a
Supplemental Agreement #3 in the amount of $11,560.50 with Rochester Sand & Gravel for
Project No.6255-4-00/M1-88, J9644/J9856, "Reconstruct 55t" Street N.W. from 50t" Avenue N.W.
to West Circle Drive (CSAH 22)."
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this supplemental
agreement on behalf of the City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROCHESTER, MINNESOTA, THIS DAY OF , 2016.
