BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City enter into
a professional services agreement with WENCK Associates, Inc., in an amount not to exceed
$73,000 for the preparation of an Energy Action Plan.
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this agreement on behalf
of the City.
