BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City approve of
and execute a professional services agreement with Mead & Hunt to conduct a hazardous
materials survey for the US Customs/Terminal Building Project at the Rochester International
Airport. The cost is a lump sum fee of $24,955. FAA #3-27-0084-36-16, Local #6942.
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this agreement on behalf
of the City.
