WHEREAS, HM Development LLC, a Minnesota Limited Liability Corporation has shown to the
satisfaction of the City of Rochester Common Council that it has complied with all conditions of
approval imposed upon its Land Subdivision Permit (Final Plat) and all applicable laws and
ordinances;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester,
Minnesota, that after a hearing duly noticed and held on May 18, 2015, the following plat of
lands in Olmsted County, Minnesota are to be known and designated as follows:
That part of Outlot A, HADLEY CREEK OUTLOTS, according to the plat thereof on file and of
record in the office of the County Recorder, Olmsted County, Minnesota, described as follows:
Commencing at the southeast corner of said Outlot A; thence westerly, on an Olmsted County
(NAO 83) azimuth system measured clockwise from North, 287 degrees 31 minutes 49
seconds azimuth along the southerly line of said Outlot A
148.53 feet; thence northwesterly 341.13 feet along said southerly line on a tangential curve,
concave northeasterly, having a radius of 270.00 feet and a central angle of 72 degrees 23
minutes 24 seconds; thence northerly 359 degrees 55 minutes 13 seconds azimuth along said
southerly line 447.15 feet; thence westerly 67.31 feet along said southerly line on a tangential
curve, concave southerly, having a radius of 30.00 degrees and a central angle of 128

Said tract contains 10.01 acres.
TO BE KNOWN AS HAWTHORN MEADOWS COMMOM INTEREST COMMUNITY NO. 361,
submitted by HM Development LLC, a Minnesota Limited Liability Corporation, owner and
mortgagor, and is hereby approved and all dedications of land or interests in land for public
purposes as shown on said plat are hereby accepted.
