BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City approve of
and execute a Boulevard Tree Green Facilities Agreement with GP Development, Inc., regarding
boulevard plantings for the Fieldstone Fifth Subdivision.
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute this agreement on behalf of the City.
