WHEREAS, Terrance L. Galuska has shown to the satisfaction of the City of Rochester
Common Council that it has complied with all conditions of approval imposed upon its Land
Subdivision Permit (Final Plat) and all applicable laws and ordinances;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester,
Minnesota, that after a hearing duly noticed and held on December 19, 2016, the following plat
of lands in Olmsted County, Minnesota are to be known and designated as follows:
Lots 1, 2 and 3, VALLEYHIGH SECOND SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof on file at
the County Recorder's Office, Olmsted County, Minnesota.
Said tract contains 2.95 acres more or less.
TO BE KNOWN AS VALLEYHIGH FIFTH SUBDIVISION, submitted by Terrance L. Galuska,
owner and is hereby approved and all dedications of land or interests in land for public
purposes as shown on said plat are hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROCHESTER, MINNESOTA, THIS _19th DAY OF _December , 2016.
