BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City enter into
a professional services agreement with Bolton and Menk, Inc., for final design and right-of-way
acquisition services for the Trail Link to Chester Woods Project, J4678. The cost of the final
design services is estimated to be $144,800 and the cost for the land acquisition services is
estimated to be $155,620.
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this agreement on behalf
of the City.
