RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City approve of
and execute an Airport Operating Agreement with the Rochester Airport Company and Mayor
Clinic to operate the Rochester International Airport.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City provide notice of termination of the Airport Fire
and Crash Protection Agreement.
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the agreement and notice
of termination on behalf of the City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
