BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City approve of
and execute a professional services agreement with Mead & Hunt, Inc., for Taxiway A Connector
Rehabilitation Design and Bidding Services at the Rochester International Airport. This agreement
will be on a lump sum basis with a total fee of $54,478.00. FAA 3-27-0084-35-15, State #5501-
221, Local #6874.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City directs the advertisement of bids.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City accept the federal and state aid agreements
that will provide funding for this Agreement.
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the professional services
agreement with Mead & Hunt, Inc., and the federal and state grant aid agreements on behalf of the
City.
