WHEREAS, Mayo Clinic, has shown to the satisfaction of the City of Rochester Common
Council that it has complied with all conditions of approval imposed upon its Land Subdivision
Permit (Final Plat) and all applicable laws and ordinances;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester,
Minnesota, that after a hearing duly noticed and held on February 6, 2017, the following plat of
lands in Olmsted County, Minnesota are to be known and designated as follows:
Outlot A, CIRCLE DRIVE BUSINESS CENTER SIXTH, according to the plat thereof, on file
and of record in the office of the County Recorder, Olmsted County, Minnesota;
AND
Lot 2, Block 3, CIRCLE DRIVE BUSINESS CENTER, according to the plat thereof, on file and
of record in the office of the County Recorder, Olmsted County, Minnesota;
AND
Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, CIRCLE DRIVE BUSINESS CENTER SECOND, according to the plat
thereof, on file and of record, in the office of the County Recorder, Olmsted County,
Minnesota, except that part of said Lots 1 and 2 described as follows:
Commencing at the northwest corner of said Lot 1; thence southerly on a Minnesota State
Plane Grid Azimuth from north of 180 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds along the east right of
way line of Superior Drive NW 400.00 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue southerly
180 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds azimuth 260.00 feet; thence westerly 270 degrees 00
minutes 00 seconds azimuth 14.00 feet to the said east right of way line; thence northerly 00
degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds azimuth along said east right of way line 260.00 feet; thence
easterly 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds azimuth 14.00 feet to the point of beginning.
TO BE KNOWN AS CIRCLE DRIVE BUSINESS CENTER NINTH, submitted by Mayo Clinic,
owner and is hereby approved and all dedications of land or interests in land for public
purposes as shown on said plat are hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROCHESTER, MINNESOTA, THIS DAY OF 12017.
