HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 064-17 .6.17 F9 Riverfront Commmons 2nd RESOLUTION WHEREAS, Gary Brink & Associates, has shown to the satisfaction of the City of Rochester Common Council that it has complied with all conditions of approval imposed upon its Land Subdivision Permit (Final Plat) and all applicable laws and ordinances; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota, that after a hearing duly noticed and held on February 6, 2017, the following plat of lands in Olmsted County, Minnesota are to be known and designated as follows: Lot 2, Block 1, Riverfront Commons TO BE KNOWN AS RIVERFRONT COMMONS SECOND ADDITION, submitted by Gary Brink & Associates, owner and is hereby approved and all dedications of land or interests in land for public purposes as shown on said plat are hereby accepted. PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROCHESTER, MINNESOTA, THIS DAY OF 12017. PRESIDENT OF SAID COMMON COUNCIL ATTEST: CITY CLERK APPROVED THIS DAY OF 2017.
