RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City approve of
and execute the Bond Allocation Election to preserve the City’s ability to enter into naming rights
contracts relating to the Mayo Civic Center in accordance with applicable tax exempt bond laws.
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute this document on behalf of the City.
